Laurel brought this picture to me the other day saying, "baby". It was a picture of her at about a month old.
Where did the baby go? This got me thinking about how much all the kids have changed. It is amazing how quickly time goes as you go about the usual tasks of the day. I miss those cuddly little babies, just a little. Especially when those sweet, precious moments are so few and far between as they get older and busier. I don't think I can possibly appreciate the treasure my children really are, right now. Chris and I are so fortunate to have so many wonderfully, intelligent, unique children to have in our care.
We sure love these kids.
I thought I would add some baby pictures of the other kids too. Kaatlin at 1 1/2 mo in the green towel. Nathanael on his tummy at about 4 mo. Kaatlin and Nathanael together when she is almost 3 and he is about a week old. And Seth with his Auntie Jenni when he is about 5 months old.

VERY cute pictures!! I love seeing these again! I know what you mean about when they get older and busier, I LOVE it when Ethan lets me hold and snuggle him. I treasure those moments. And I am trying to relish in my little Rachel, wanting me to hold her all the time. She just learned her first word, "Ma-ma!" and it is so sweet to hear those words!
